Breeding stock ApHC. Sorrel, blaze. RF sock. Gorgeous neck, eye catching Gelding. Tent. “LER Major Rock”

Dam: Totsey Brown. 1200lb, 16H. Bay  w/star, 3 pasterns white. Major Bonanza, Three Bars, Leo in 4 generations.

BLAKE—Gelding born May 18— Solid Appaloosa By “Rockin in Straw”.  CAIF. $600US with both ApHC and ApHCC and CAIF enrollment!

Name: LER Major Rock - we call him "Blake" Pedigree at: http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/ler+major+rock If you look at the pedigree, his sire "Rockin in Straw" came from Nebraska, has parents that are both Champions and parents of Champions. Himself, he has sired futurity winners, halter & riding champions, Incentive fund $ earners, in halter, western and english disciplines. Rocky has Hall of Fame horses in his background (Romans Straw Man, Hayes Roman Cloud, Top Hat H).  He seems to put a look on his babies similar to the mares’ they come from, with most of his babies having big hips and pretty heads. One of his offspring that has been shown extensively by one of our staff can be seen at a different website: http://web.mac.com/thetopspot/Top_Spot/Rockin_Doll.html (Eye Rock and Gleaming Rock on that same site are also "Rockin in Straw" offspring - but not NAERIC enrolled like Blake is!) "Rockin in Straw's" offspring from Linwood are in the Sask 50-50 sales, so stay tuned.

"BLAKE" is also already paid into the Cdn Appaloosa Incentive Fund, so for every point earned at an ApHCC show, you earn $, which is doubled by NAERIC (which he is also enrolled into). The $ per point ranges from $20 to $90, in my experience. You generally get about a point for every horse you place above. Blake's dam was a tall dark bay mare with foundation bloodlines on the top and Major Bonanza/Three Bars on the bottomside - this should support his all-round potential.

MARISA— May 13, 2007—Filly— sired by RR Adios Amigo (Registered APHA Paint stallion). She is a bay tobiano. She should reach 16H easily, and likely 12-1400lb. Pictured above in April 2008, $550.
